Current Studies

On Sunday mornings during our corporate worship service at 11:00, we are in a study of Romans and the magesterial truths that this book discusses regarding justification, the grace of God and the implications of that grace upon our lives as believers.

During the 9:30 Bible study hour we are discussing the canon formation of the Bible and how the Old Testament and New Testament both came together in their current forms.

We usually have a class for children ages 11 and younger during the first hour, and we have teen class every other week during the first hour, as well.

You can see some of our past studies and messages in our list of online sermons or you can find audio version of some of Pastor Matt's studies and messages on his Soundcloud page.

We meet every Sunday morning for Bible study at 9:30 and corportate worship 11:00 at 10 College Street in the Norcross Community Center in Nocross, GA.

Come join us for meaningful Bible study and for substantive worship of God.

Current Direction

A local church should always be moving with an intentional plan for how it can minister with optimal effectiveness as God directs and allows. In the Summer of 2018, we are focusing on three areas that form the acronym "OAR": Outreach, Accomplishment, and Relocation.

Our outreach includes a variety of ways that we can not only improve our visibility as a church, but where we can actively proclaim the saving power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe that all people are sinners in need of a savior. Only Christ's sacrificial death and literal resurrection can provide eternal salvation, and forgiveness from God for those who trust in Christ.

We strive to spread the word about this Gospel and about our distinctives as a church by improving our web presence and distributing literature in parks and public areas in Norcross.

In terms of accomplishment, we want to strive to complete a variety of tasks including revising our Constitution, having more elective classes on Sunday mornings, crafting more community outreach opportunities, and improving our worship service.

The third element of "OAR" is "relocate." We are grateful for the current location where Grace Atlanta Bible church is meeting in the Norcross Community Center behind the Lionheart theater.  However, we want to continue to look for a permanent facility for our church that would please God and optimize our ability to minister for Him.
